A second passport with visa-free travel to more than 140 countries, including the Schengen region of Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and many others, can be obtained by foreign investors and families in as little as 3 to 6 months thanks to the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program, which was established in 2015.

The program offers a wide range of investment options starting at $100,000 if you choose a government donation, in addition to a quick and simple application process.

Other choices include purchasing property for a minimum of $300,000 or investing as little as $250,000 in government bonds. Saint Lucia is very well connected to Europe and other parts of the world thanks to its numerous air routes and direct flights.

No habitation or visitation is necessary.

Dependents may be added after citizenship has been granted, and applicants may include a spouse, children under the age of 31, siblings under the age of 18, and parents who are 56 years old or older.

Dual citizenship is recognized in St. Lucia.
